I don’t know my measurements?
There is a size chart guide posted for every garment for sell. You can use a tape measure (about $1 at your nearest discount store) or your local tailor shop can measure you as well.
How long does it take to receive an item once ordered?
Orders typically ship in ten business days from the date of payment, plus shipping time.
What payments methods do you accept?
PayPal, Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
How do I track my package?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org put “track package” in the subject line along with your full name. We will provide you with your tracking number.

Returns and Refunds
What is our Return Policy?
For all custom orders:
Custom Orders are made to each individual’s specific measurements and color request. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Zero exceptions. However, we still want all customers to be happy with our services. If you have any concerns, we can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a product does not fit, we are more than happy to alter it so it will fit you. Please include a picture of you wearing the piece and a detailed description of the alternation needed so we can ensure it fits you perfectly.
Please note the following:
· All garments must be returned unworn and unwashed within 7 days for alterations.
· We only offer a FREE ONE-TIME ALTERATION and do not cover return shipping costs.
· For any further alterations after the first, there will be a labor charge.
· Please email pictures of yourself in the garment for alterations to email@example.com
For all Regular Orders:
Exchange only. No refunds, no exceptions. You can exchange your order for a large or smaller size only if that size is available for purchase. All exchanges must be returned unworn and unwashed. Exchanges can be accepted only if returned within 7 days. We do not cover return shipping costs.
